THIS MATTER was heard by the Court at an evidentiary hearing upon Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and for an extension of the existing Temporary Restraining Order prohibiting the importation of lemons and limes from Mexico into the United States. The Court has received testimony, affidavits, exhibits, and has heard oral argument of counsel for the parties.
