Appellant, Modine Heat and Transfer, 1 appeals from a “Temporary or Partial Award” issued by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) granting compensation for temporary total disability un der The Workers’ Compensation Law, chapter 287, RSMo 1994, to Respondent, Frank J. Marrone. Commission made the award by adopting, unchanged, a “Temporary or Partial Award” entered by an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) of the Division of Workers’ Compensation. 2
