Following a jury verdict, Michael Rine-hart (“Rinehart”) was awarded actual and punitive damages on a claim against Shelter General Insurance Company (“Shelter”) for bad faith refusal to settle insurance claims arising from an automobile accident. Shelter raises seven points on appeal, alleging evidentiary error, instructional error, and insufficient evidence to support the judgment. For reasons explained herein, we affirm.
