Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Campbell, J.), entered October 12, 2012 in Cortland County, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of three children, the youngest of whom (born in 2002) is the subject of this proceeding.
