Nicola Latorraca died June 16th, 1940, leaving a lengthy last will and two codicils, drawn by himself without the aid of counsel, and containing many perplexing directions.
The will begins with a statement of the properties which testator owned. First mentioned are two parcels of land "controlled and owned by the corporation of Nicola Latorraca of which I am the sole owner." Later in the will interests in one of the parcels are devised by language which would be more apt if title had been vested in the testator, instead of the corporation.
