From the order dismissing the petition and denying the application to open the proceedings, and permit the defendant to make defence, aud the order overruling the exceptions to the master’s report and the final decree, the defendant has appealed. The appeal also brings up the interlocutory decree — the final decree involving the merits of the case as settled by the inter*217locutory decree. Terhune v. Colton, 1 Beas. 312; Crane v.
