— Respondent sued to recover of appellant the sum of $1,920.75, the balance due upon the sale of a set of radio equipment installed in an apartment house belonging to F. F. Travis in Tacoma, for which the lower court gave respondent judgment. The contract price of the radio equipment was $3,051.85. $551.85 was agreed to be paid in cash as an initial payment and the balance to be paid in monthly installments of $270, with eight per .cent interest by Travis.
