This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted by the Christian Circuit Court to Appellee Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., on Appellant Barbara Ruth Lanier’s claim for damages for injuries sustained when she slipped and fell in the Hopkinsville Wal-Mart Superstore. The Court of Appeals affirmed the summary judgment.
