This was an action brought by Rice, Friedman & Markwell Company against Simon Simpson, to recover the sum of $708.21. An order of attachment was issued at the commencement of the action, which was levied upon the property of Simpson. In default of answer or demurrer, judgment was awarded to the plaintiff for the full amount asked.
