Defendant BMW of North America, Inc. (“BMW/NA”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Honorable Edward R. Neaher, Judge, in favor of Thomas W. Cullen, Jr., in the amount of $18,000 plus interest, and from a judgment of that same court, denying defendant’s motion to amend the judgment. BMW/NA is the exclusive importer and distributor in the United States of passenger cars, parts, and products manufactured by Bayerische Motoren Werke, AG.
