Plaintiff Mark J. Wilson filed suit, pro se, against Defendant City of Gaithersburg *481(“the City”), alleging that he was discriminated against in violation, of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42‘U.S.C. §§ 12112-12213, when he was terminated for requesting an accommodation for his disability.
