This is a lawsuit brought by a retired teacher, Maria Brady (“Plaintiff’), against her former employer, Defendant Board of Education of Prince George’s County (“Defendant” or “the Board”) for various violations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.
