There are four assignments of error in this case. The first is in reference to alleged incompetent testimony of one of the appellees, to which objection was made on the trial, but overruled, While much of the testimony to which exception was taken was incompetent, it does not appear to have been prejudicial to appellant, and its *87admission is not ground for reversal. It would unnecessarily incumber the record to set forth all this testimony, as the case will be determined upon other points.
