MEMORANDUM ORDER

Denying the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Relief from Judgment

URBINA, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the pro se plaintiffs’' motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). 1 The plaintiffs ask the court to vacate its July 20, 2006 order dismissing the complaint sua sponte. The plaintiffs argue that the court erroneously ruled that their claims were barred by res judicata.
