SPEER, Justice.

Plaintiff Ethel Lewis sued W. L. Lewis for divorce and a division of property. We shall refer to the parties as they stood in the trial court.

The petition alleged statutory grounds for divorce. Allegations as to property rights are rather vague, and, as best we can interpret them, they assert that there exists. the following community property: A six room house on Lot No. 8, in Block No. 1, at 1330 St. Louis Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas; an 8 room house on Lot No. 7, in Block No. 21, Chambers Addition to Fort Worth; “One 5 room house in the City of Dallas, Texas”; one 1935 Lincoln…
