This is a suit brought in the District Court of Terry County, Texas, by Ray Hailey, as plaintiff, against Frances Hailey, as defendant, for a divorce, for division of the parties’ community property and for custody of the minor daughter, aged 4. The parties will be designated as they were in the trial court.
