ORDER
HITTNER, District Judge.
This appeal is taken from a bankruptcy court’s denial of a motion to avoid a judgment lien and partial granting of a motion to lift stay. The bankruptcy court entered the orders in proceedings styled In re Douglas Cary Finch, d/b/a Finch Alternator & Starter, Bankruptcy No. 89-09036-H3-13. The Court has considered the briefs, the argument of counsel at a hearing in open court on July 15, 1991, and the applicable law.
