Stanley W. Taylor, plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in favor of the defendant and respondent, S & M Lamp Company, rendered upon the court’s granting defendant’s motion to exclude evidence. The first question presented is whether the complaint states a cause of action. It was filed in propria persona and is far from a model pleading.
