HUMPHREYS, Justice.

Gregory D. Ballard, appellant, sued Hill-crest State Bank of University Park, appel-lee, under the Consumer Credit Code, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-4.02 (Vernon 1971), claiming that he did not receive a copy of a credit life insurance policy which he provided as security for a loan made to him by the bank. Trial was to a jury which found that the copy had not been sent, that such failure was the result of a bona fide error on the part of the bank, and that no reasonable procedures had been adopted by the bank to prevent such errors.
