Affirming.

On March 9, 1931, the Rhode Island Insurance Company of Providence, R. I., issued to W. A. Stokes a policy insuring his dwelling and barn for a period of three years, in the sum of $1,000, and $100, respectively. W. A. Stokes conveyed the property to Johnnie Stokes and B. C. Stokes, and the insurance company, by an indorsement on the jaolicy, transferred the insurance to the purchasers. On March 14, 1932, Johnnie Stokes and B. C.
