This is an employment discrimination case. Plaintiff, Louis DeCicco, alleges that Defendant, Mid-Atlantic Healthcare, LLC, terminated his employment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 P.S. § 951 et seq.
