It is contended by counsel for defendant that the situation at this station was not different, so far as its liability is concerned for accident to passengers, than would be the case where a crowd is attempting to board a car in the public street; that the rule as to electric lines of railway passing through the country and stopping at regular points to receive passengers is not different from the rule as to such cars passing through the streets of a city.
