These cases are appeals from judgments of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia entered upon verdicts in favor of the appellees. The cases were consolidated for trial and for appeal.
Case No. 6456 was brought by the appellee, William B. Lloyd, as plaintiff below, to recover for the expenses of illness of his wife, May P. Lloyd, and for the loss of her services and consortium, resulting from personal injuries sustained by her through the alleged negligence of the appellant, Leon Schwartzman, defendant below, and his agents.
