_JjBoth parties have appealed a decision of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission denying claimant’s request for permanent total-disability benefits and awarding claimant benefits for additional medical treatment. Cathy Evans sustained a compensable right wrist injury, for which she received temporary total-disability benefits and a 30% impairment rating.
