| Appellant Pafford Medical Billing Services, Inc., appeals from the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s order affirming and adopting the Administrative Law Judge’s decision, finding that appellee Tammy Smith had proven by a preponderance of the evidence that she sustained a compensable left-elbow injury and awarding her related benefits. Pafford argues on appeal that substantial evidence does not support the Commission’s findings (1) that Smith suffered a compensa-ble injury and is therefore entitled to medical treatment and temporary total disability benefits (TTD); (2)…
