{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant The Promotion Company, Ine./Special Events Division appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court which found in favor of Douglas Sweeney on plaintiffs complaint against him for breach of contract. Specifically, the trial court found that Sweeney was not personally liable.
