Shirley Felsman, plaintiff and administra-trix of the estate of Lawrence Felsman, appeals an order granting summary judgment.

On November 4, 1967, Lawrence Felsman was shot to death while hunting on land owned by John and Juanita Kessler, codefendants. An ensuing coroner’s inquest found Felsman’s cause of death to be homicide at the hands of a person or persons unknown.
