— Plaintiff, Boyd Hulse, appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of all respondents in an action based upon an automobile accident. Respondents, Richard Bruce, Donald Brown and James K. McCurry, were passengers in an automobile driven by defendant, Michael Driver. Respondents, Dorothy M. and Garth E. Driver, the parents of Michael Driver, were not occupants of the Driver vehicle at the time of the accident.
