Presently pending before the Court are six securities class actions (collectively the “Action”) brought on behalf of all persons or entities (the “Class”) who purchased or otherwise acquired securities of Defendant Canadian Solar, Inc. (“Canadian Solar” or the “Company”) between May 26, 2009 and June 1, 2010, inclusive (the “Class Period”).1 Violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder are alleged against Canadian Solar, Arthur Chien, Shawn Qu, and various other Defendants…
