Before me is a consolidated class action against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. ("Teva") and three of its executives. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants made materially false and misleading statements that concealed the fact that Teva was engaged in violations of United States antitrust laws. When the falsity of such statements was revealed, Teva's stock price decreased and the plaintiffs suffered damages as a result.
