FERGUSON, Judge:

The accused was convicted by special court-martial of two specifications of assault with a means likely to produce grievous bodily harm, in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 928, and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for six months, forfeiture of $90.00 per month for six months, and reduction to the grade of airman basic.
