This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. Nos. 23 & 33) and Plaintiffs’ motion to strike portions of declarations and the summary judgment motion (Dkt. No. 45). Plaintiffs, in their Opposition to Avenue A’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 41), have requested the Court to defer consideration of the motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56(f).
