DALTON, Presiding Judge.
By an information filed in the Circuit Court of St. Charles County on January 6, 1962, the defendant was charged with murder in the first degree. He was convicted of murder in the second degree and his punishment assessed at 20 years’ imprisonment in the state penitentiary. He has appealed from the judgment and sentence entered against him. While defendant was represented by able counsel in the trial court, he is not represented by counsel in this court and he has not favored us with a brief.
