EAGER, Judge.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of first degree murder and sentenced to death. He has been effectively represented by counsel both at the trial and in this Court. All points raised on this appeal were covered in a motion for new trial. No question is raised on the sufficiency of the evidence, but certain assignments require us to state the evidence in some detail.
