STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On October 16,1979 William Harris Stewart, defendant, filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy. Following an extension of time for filing such objections, the First National Bank & Trust Company in Macon, plaintiff, filed its complaint to determine the dischargeability of certain debts owed it by the defendant.
