OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue at bench is whether a debt should be declared nondisehargeable as a result of either a debtor’s failure to inform a creditor that he had filed a petition under Chapter 11, or his subsequent purchase of goods on credit. For the reasons stated herein, we conclude that it should not. Accordingly, we will deny the relief requested in the creditor’s complaint.
