Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. (“Citibank”), Diners Club, Inc. (“Diners Club”) and Diners Club, Inc. as successor in interest to Carte Blanche Corporation (“Carte Blanche”) (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint against George L. Senty (“Debtor”) on March 4, 1983 to determine whether debts incurred by the debtor and owed to the Plaintiffs should be declared nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”).
