{¶ 1} Respondent Norbert Mark Doellman Jr. of Butler County, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0002122, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 1976. In October 2009, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed a three-count amended complaint charging respondent with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Relator alleged that respondent had improperly withheld client funds and that he had not held client funds in a separate trust account, resulting in the commingling of client and personal and business funds.
