OPINION
KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff Peter Scovill filed this action against his former employer claiming he was discriminated against on account of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination Employment Act [“ADEA”], 29 U.S.C. § 621 and Ohio law, R.C. § 4112.02. Plaintiff also brought a claim for unlawful retaliation under R.C. § 4112.02, invasion of privacy, promissory estoppel, and violation of Ohio public policy. The Defendants re moved this case to federal court under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1441 and 1446(b) and filed a Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, Stay the Action Pending…
