Pending before the Court is Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss *649Complaint. ECF No. 5. Defendant argues in its motion that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3), this action should be dismissed for improper venue because the dispute is covered by a binding arbitration clause in the parties' employment agreement.
