This is a diversity action commenced by Plaintiff John Hickman (“Hickman” or “Plaintiff’) to recover amounts allegedly due to him pursuant to a contract of employment. Presently before the court is the motion of Defendants Burlington BioMedical Corporation (“Burlington”), Mi-cropel Corporation (“Micropel”), Atomergic Corporation (“Atomergic”), Chemetals Corp.
