Plaintiffs in this action 1 have moved to disqualify counsel for the defendants, 2 Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison (“Paul, Weiss”). The sheer number 3 and volume of the submissions on this motion are indicative of the complexity and importance of the issues the motion raises.
