Plaintiffs Pietro Giambrone and Brigid Giambrone commenced the above-captioned action on October 24, 2013, against Defendant Meritplan Insurance Company (“Meritplan”) in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Richmond. On December 27, 2013, Defendant removed the action to this Court.
