Plaintiff Joseph Mathirampuzha filed this employment discrimination action against the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), Postmaster General John Potter, and USPS supervisor Ron Sacco. See Am. Compl. [Doc. # 17] at ¶¶ 4-6. The two-count amended complaint alleges violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn.
