Welch v. Bancorp Management Advisors, Inc.

Plaintiffs petition for rehearing contends that this court erred in its initial decision in this case, 296 Or 208, 675 P2d 172 (1983), in respect of his first claim for relief. As to plaintiffs first claim, we held that the Court of Appeals erred and that the trial court was correct in holding that defendants were entitled to summary judgment on plaintiffs claim of interference with contract arising from improper motives. Our initial disposition of the case would have ended plaintiff s first claim.
