¶ 1 Appellant, Rigoberto Ramos, appeals from the trial court’s July 7, 2004 judgment of sentence. We affirm.
¶ 2 The trial court found the following facts:
The relevant facts adduced at trial are as follows: at approximately 7:40 p.m. on the evening of April 29, 2003, Officer Victor Roldan and Officer Brian Dillard were on uniformed bicycle patrol in the area of the 100 block of West Tioga Street in Philadelphia when they were flagged down by a woman.
