The Commonwealth appeals from the orders of the Honorable Paula Patrick denying its petitions to vacate nolle 'prose-quis filed in these matters.1 After careful review, we reverse and remand to the lower court for further proceedings.

On May 25, 2011, two police officers responded to a radio call regarding an armed man inside an apartment at 5534 North 5th Street in Philadelphia.
