This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Salt Lake county vacating and annulling a deed signed and acknowledged by Sadie B. Bennett, now deceased, purporting to convey to Josephine Fortune, also now deceased, certain premises, which deed the court found was never delivered, but was, after the death of Sadie B. Bennett, recorded in the office of the county recorder of Salt Lake county, Utah, and therefore constitutes a cloud upon the title of the heirs of said Sadie B. Bennett.
