WILBUR, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered January 11, 1939, in favor of appellees in the sum of $651,579.71, with costs taxed at $2,110.31. The action was originally brought as a suit in equity to recover property which had belonged to appellees or their predecessors in interest, alleged to have been fraudulently purchased from appellees and for an accounting of the oil and gas produced therefrom.
