Plaintiff Irene McKinnie (“Plaintiff’) brought this products liability action against Defendant Lundell Manufacturing Company, Inc. (“Defendant”) in the Circuit Court for Gibson County, Tennessee, alleging that Plaintiffs son died as a result of the defective and unreasonably dangerous condition of a shredder manufactured by Defendant.
